The real danger of Vanderbilt’s offense is that there are so many options opposing defenses have to account for. Diego Pavia can tuck and run, he can pass it short, he can pass it deep, he can hand it off, and he can improvise the most wild of plays at the drop of a hat. You need a defense that is perfectly rounded to address every single possibility to contain Pavia and his crew. I don’t think Texas possesses that defense. Texas has a deadly offense too, but it all it takes is a couple offensive mistakes to turn the game on its head. We saw how Vandy stunned Alabama with a pick six in the first quarter. Even if the Commodore defense isn’t elite, all Quinn Ewers has to do is slip up once and Vanderbilt will jump on the opportunity. I’m picking Vanderbilt to win this one.
@@terry5452 as a Longhorn fan, I think your comment is kind of rude. We really screwed up with that trash incident, and it cannot happen again. I'm not sure if the original comment was as joke or not, but regardless it isn't bratty in any way.
@@imorvit it just look bad on TV for Texas put on Saturday put on Saturday I forgot what it was like to be 20. I I had so many people said that we acted in a bad way. It was the optics.
@@terry5452 oh, sorry. I misread your comment as you calling the original commenter bratty and disapproving with their comment. Complete misunderstanding on my part.
Texas is awesome at curb-stomping unranked teams, but they are 1 and 1 this year against ranked teams and that is assuming you count "Michigan" as a ranked team.
Either TX is going to destroy Vandy, or Georgia beats them twice. Vandy is a cute story. Stealing Tech's offense from the early 2000s and having an awful defense doesn't make a good team.
Texas will probably win. More $$$. Unfortunately, that's what this comes to. It's not about sportsmanship, it's about ego and money. AND YOU ALL KNOW THAT IS THE TRUTH. Personally I don't have a lot of love for Vanderbilt. They have given us problems before. But I hope Diego has the day of his life, even better than when he beat Alabama. There isn't a football program in AMERICA that needs to learn respect for others more than the longhorns
You sack Quinn if the first possession and Texas is crap for the remainder of the half.,Quinn is playing like a one star scared qb. And I’m a UT fan but man he us making the team look bad
OU is terrible this season. After watching the first couple of games and then looking at their schedule, I had no doubt that Oklahoma was a six win, seven at very best team. They may not win another one. Well I think they do have one more out of conference game that they will win for sure.
@@JoeR-t1x Could be right OU needs more depth They need players to take over when someone is hurt (11) they don't have that Thats on the coaches mostly BV I'll say 2 more Wins

Rooting for Vandy to pull it off and make things INCREDIBLY HILARIOUS in the SEC!
GO VANDERBILT! ANCHOR DOWN THE HORNS!
Vandy got the safety nets put up on the visitor section in case Texas fans decide to throw some more trash.
I've been a longhorn fans since I was a baby I do not approve of that. You're acting like a spoiled brat.

Chip Brown is looking more and more like Joker 2.
Dores return to earth this week.
nowthat everyone knows quinn ewers is just an average qb with the yips they'll win. They play best when no one expects anything from them.
