Not sure about time, but for IS, ideally you’d have a well rounded team to be able to clear it. If it’s only a few ops, then they’re probably have to be meta and built to the max or somewhere near it

you just simply have to repeat the same stage over and over again, learning whether your op can kill the enemy or not, when the enemies spawns etc.
