Good information in this video. Are the intake ports on the heads already opened up as far as the gasket will allow? If not, I would caution opening up the intake plenums larger than the head casting area. Otherwise you'll create reversion in the intake tract as the airflow hits the ledge on the head openings.
No. Currently the ported out lower I take I have on the car. I did not change the opening size. On either end. I just streamlined the ports. The Pre pug inyake has alot that can be removed. However. I have decided it is much more worth it and safer for health to buy the ported ones from mmx and other companies. I am not going to risk porting plastic. Even though I take plenty of precautions. metal is also much easier to deal with. I am going to be looking to get a full chemical mask for that. But I already use a shop vac. as well when I am porting to instantly pick up the dust.
