***** i watch dennis (force) daily and i think kripp is (slightly) better becouse he got more time to play alot more but if force got more time they shud be even, force got some much else to do Dont forget that :))
only selects middle card and 9 of them are bad... in my last mage draft i selected the best that were available every single time yet still ended with somthing like 20 atrocious cards and no spells except 1 frostbolt and 1 poly because the draft was that terrible its a skill based game guys
luck is far more important then skill in this game m8 (not saying skill isnt important a good player will win more often then a bad ) but especialy in arena luck is really the be all and end all your unlucky your screwed simple as that really the other guy sucked quite clearly but he probebly got screwed over by the draw as well
gregsmw Did you watch the video?? How can you say luck is the be all end all when you just saw kripp wreck a guy with ysera and sylvannas in his draft?
Chayden he was obviously a new player.. he polymorphed a knife juggler for god's sake. kripp also got fairly good draw for how bad his deck is. He got good draws because of RNG (luck). I didnt see this on stream but i would bet that this is the only game he won with this deck. Even with as good as skill as kripp has it takes good cards and good rng to do well and to do better than winning one game... so you cant say this game is all skill, its luck more than anything
Chayden Are you really that ignorant and dumb to the situations that take place in this game? At certain points in time, certain cards can be good/bad. Kripp happened to draw a very good early/mid game, while the other guy did not (just assuming from what I saw, he could have made mistakes etc, but I cannot speculate that). He got his Legendaries when it was too late. Legendary sure, but when the game is already practically over due to the rush Kripp put on him with the strong start, what does Ysera/Sylvannas honestly do? Nothing. It is the luck of WHEN you draw the cards you need or when they will work in the best or a better situation. And that is just ONE variable of luck in Hearthstone Arena...If you cannot grasp these type of things, you might as well just stop while you're ahead and stop making such dumbass ignorant comments.
I miss the actual informative videos from Kripp. Hoped this was one of them. No wonder you weren't nominated as best stream for learning or whatever it was called:p
I think it bases your first match on the quality of your deck. I drafted a good deck last night (2 legendaries), went against a hunter with more or less the same legendaries and consequently lost.
Barney Gumble 1. the game cannot calculate the "quality" of a deck 2. kripp's deck sucked and the mage's was insanely good, so even if you were right, he would not have been matched against the mage.
@СергійБондарчук exactly my thoughts - out of my last 20-30 arena matches, only 1 or 2 were against obvious noobs like this, the rest was against very experienced players - particularly 1 mage, he had 2 cards in his hand constantly since t9, waited and baited me into populating my side of the board a little bit more, then flamestriked my ass into oblivion 2 times in a row to win the game. I had board control consistently whole game, but he tricked me into thinking he really doesn't have flamestrike, when in fact he did have, and he even top-decked another one :/
He plays several hours each day for this game. My question would not be "how did Kripp find these guys", but "upon hundreds of games he played each day, this match he considered entertaining to put on youtube".
Holy Shit... I feel really bad for that guy. I've also been having a lot of great arena drafts get crushed by mediocre/bad decks lately. The best draft of my life I lost 0-3. I get a borderline bad Druid draft and go 11-0 (Then 12-2). I don't understand this game anymore.
I have to admit when you have your hair cut and you beard trimmed you look like a decent fellow, it suits you way better than the nerdy i dont care what my face and surroundings look like look.
i am pretty sure they tidy him up a bit before he's allowed to go on stage at events .. for example, he always seems to be wearing clothes you dont see in his videos when he is on fight night .. and blizzcon? no frayed jizz-shirt there either
basic cards are pretty much very bad if you dont combine it with some of the cards you find in packs, i would suggest you start with shaman and just throw out lots of small minions and blood lust + flame totem to win games. use gold to go in arenas, you basically get same value as buying packs if you get 50 gold out, and exp on top
How lucky some ppl get in the arena draft confounds me. Played against a newb mage the other day and lost cause he played 2 ragnaros back to back against my mediocre deck.
Kripp if you're here right now reading this I want you to know I dream of you. Sometimes I sit alone in my bathroom with the light off and pretend to be you. I'll say things like "hey guys how's it goin' Kripparrian here", and for a brief moment I feel you inside me..
Is it just me, or are people worse in US than EU? Or well I guess just more players so higher chance of meeting a noob because in all my games i've never met people who do stuff like this krips opponents.
one of my WoW friends downloaded and installed hearthstone before he even realised it was a card game, and was like "fuck this shit" ... some people dont even read
But more players doesn't equal a higher chance of meeting a noob. That's not how percentage works. Anyway I do actually agree with you. It seems like US players are just so much worse on average (it could also be sampling bias though).
A lot of people say this but EU arena vs NA arena.. What the actual fuck? If that opponent is a 1 on a a 1-10 scale then I've never under all my arena runs gone vs anyone below 5 in EU.
Finally get a decent priest draft but no SW at all and only 1 nova, go 6-0, fight pally who gets 2 protectors, 4 kings, 2 consecrate, avenging wrath, 3 truesilver, 2 hammer of wraths and a whole plethora of mid range goodies. He had an answer for everything i did even though i outplayed him most of the match. Yeah, so much skill involved lol. God i hate Pally, Mage and Druid so much >:(
I know what you mean but you can expect 1 of your matches to be full of bullshit your opponent has drafted... Sometimes you can even face this bullshit 3 games in a row... However, most of the time, draft is skill based. Thats why Trump and Kripp have so much gold...
3 Polymorphs Sylvanas and Ysera...
Oh RNGesus, why must you torture me so
That was only turn 10, we haven't even seen the rest of his cards yet :)
He probably had a rag and 4 frostbolts in there aswell maybe 3 water elementals and 6 fireballs too
RtdXyron And looking at how bad that guy was he actually would have drafted those 6 friggen fireballs.
RtdXyron or probably he had 20 wisps...
Wisp= ultimate value!!!
Obviously the mage silenced the dog because he knew the Knife juggler would become a 2/1 after polymorph.
"I don't know how hairy my ass is, I don't check" -Kripp 2014
YOU'RE TEARING ME APART LISA!!!!!!!!
This guy could have beaten Kripp with that deck if he was even a half decent player. Dennis has a new rival.
Ever heard of tempo? Maybe he didnt had a chance with al those slow cards.
His early and midgame looked like crap.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME. YSERA AND WINDRUNNER.
I got Deathwing and Ysera once
VictorDenSnygge i got black knight ysera and windrunner, went 2-3 FML I SUCK
Haha, i went 4-3 with mine xD
windranger
TheSeBjo I went 2-3 drafting double rag once, kept drawing them both early and it hurt my early game too badly.
That draft was unpleasent to watch.
that guy is like Dennis Level
***** i watch dennis (force) daily and i think kripp is (slightly) better becouse he got more time to play alot more but if force got more time they shud be even, force got some much else to do Dont forget that :))

True Blizz nerf Kripp! =)
No, that guy just sucked so fucking bad.
only selects middle card and 9 of them are bad...
in my last mage draft i selected the best that were available every single time yet still ended with somthing like 20 atrocious cards and no spells except 1 frostbolt and 1 poly because the draft was that terrible
its a skill based game guys
yet this guy had sylvannas ysera and 3 polies and still lost yes it is a skill based game with some luck
luck is far more important then skill in this game m8 (not saying skill isnt important a good player will win more often then a bad ) but especialy in arena luck is really the be all and end all
your unlucky your screwed simple as that really the other guy sucked quite clearly but he probebly got screwed over by the draw as well

such a BM finish by Kripp
I miss the actual informative videos from Kripp. Hoped this was one of them. No wonder you weren't nominated as best stream for learning or whatever it was called:p
When I first clicked on this I thought I was gonna get some hunter drafting tips. This was better!
Was kinda expecting Alexstrasza in the end!
its fun that it would be the sickest draft i he had just taken the good cards
3 ogres so yes. Much agree
Back when his video quality wasn't complete crap.
I just went 12-1 I'm so happy lol.
On Al-Qaeda?
what did this deck end up going ?
Why do I never play against people like that..
yeah me either, i draft a decent deck and come up against 2 priests and a mage that have an answer for every single card I play :D.
Do you play on EU?
I do yeah. Rarely have an easy game in arena.
how many game won with that deck?
TARGUS!!!!!!!!!
My shield to TARGUS
Kripparian for president 2018.
Skill > good cards guess this video proves it..
luck > good cards
slow cards are good?
no it doesnt. what it really proves is that luck>every other factor
MHjort9 you mean like any other card game?
Only when the skill difference is huge.
How did it end? 1-3?
krip it sounds like you need to pray to chris
9:47 pls make a gif
worst part is that the mage probably was thinking "OMG THIS GUY HAS SUCH A MUCH BETTER DECK THEN ME P2W GAME OMFG BLIZZ STUPID BALANCE"
Well, you really did avoid those bad cards, well played!
Now that win was very well deserved!
Dennisfender of Targus!
maaaan... how the hell do you find all this guys.
I need to lose twice in a row to draft into them. D
US servers

How many wins did he get in the end with it?
all hail TARGUS the new Dennis

So, how many wins did you actually get?
what did this deck end with?

that first mage is probably taking so long because hes busy reading his cards
Holy Shit... I feel really bad for that guy.

I don't understand this game anymore.
They should make an unranked version of play where theres no card number limit. Personally I think 30 x Hammer of Wrath would be unstoppable.
How did this run end up like? 1-3?
Anyone who saw this?
3-3
laughed so hard at the end
wow, with his deck he could go places...
Kripp min-max strats: minimize mouse movement, maximize wins.

Best.. video... ever! xD

Expert BM right there

at some point of your life you will like it when you look good, there is no shame in it
Lemendeer the point is that's his business not yours.
LEEEEERROYYYYYY JEEEEEEEEENKINS
Anyone know how far he got with that deck?
krpp could u show some videos on how to build all classes with only basic cards, and the strategy to use
watch some of his streams. he plays very smart.
and the answer "how to build" is there too
basic cards are pretty much very bad if you dont combine it with some of the cards you find in packs, i would suggest you start with shaman and just throw out lots of small minions and blood lust + flame totem to win games. use gold to go in arenas, you basically get same value as buying packs if you get 50 gold out, and exp on top

is the chat in such streams... always like that?
WELL MET!

0-3 the dream
No. Kripp, by far the best streamer, has the worst most immature, racist and plain fucking stupid fan base ever. His fans are worse than beliebers.
Richard Jansson
He has a lot of the same fans as anyone else, he just doesn't give a damn about policing them unless they get really insane.
Kripp if you're here right now reading this I want you to know I dream of you. Sometimes I sit alone in my bathroom with the light off and pretend to be you. I'll say things like "hey guys how's it goin' Kripparrian here", and for a brief moment I feel you inside me..
09:36 that look
im going to do this right now
such a troll at the end lol
I wish I got mage's in arena that play like that .

US server is all of the Americas and SEA.
That draft could actually go 12 wins if he hadn't pick all midle
Jarnitro is that you?
everything about that clip was painful
Finally.
how the fuck did that mage lose with 3 polys, sylvanas and ysera?!?!?!
A lot of people say this but EU arena vs NA arena.. What the actual fuck? If that opponent is a 1 on a a 1-10 scale then I've never under all my arena runs gone vs anyone below 5 in EU.
thats exactly how i always draft!
OMG that was so fucking hilarious!
I know exactly how to draft hunter.
Badly.
Kripp get better cards by just picking the middle then i usually get after picking the best...
That BM.
Finally get a decent priest draft but no SW at all and only 1 nova, go 6-0, fight pally who gets 2 protectors, 4 kings, 2 consecrate, avenging wrath, 3 truesilver, 2 hammer of wraths and a whole plethora of mid range goodies. oh boohoo, be happy with six wins. That's pretty good for a priest with no SWP.
I know what you mean but you can expect 1 of your matches to be full of bullshit your opponent has drafted...
Sometimes you can even face this bullshit 3 games in a row... However, most of the time, draft is skill based. Thats why Trump and Kripp have so much gold...
lkjkhfggd lol yeah i guess
Shin Tank Wait a sec. Your opponent didn't also have 5000 aldor peacekeepers? Mine always do :P
Tibovl I actually did get 5 Aldor Peacekeeper in a draft once. The deck ended up 11-3. If I had any concecration it would have easily made 12.
BM MAXIMIZED
Hunter so good
First match mage was obviously pulling up your stream lmao.. took 30 seconds to look at cards.. yeah ok Kappa..
Who the fuck gets 3 polys, a Sylvanus, and a Ysera in an arena draft?
maybe Dennis showed him the game :D
1. Draft shit deck
2. Play Dennis
3. ????
4. Profit!
He got 3-3 and one of the losses was really close.
so I heard you lost to sodapoopin?
