I ordered the Kinky clip-ins 16" glam in 1B. It arrived today and took 8 days. Unfortunately, when I measured it was only 14" and not 16". While the texture of the hair looks good, I am not happy at all as 14" is not the length I needed to accomplish the style I wanted and I paid an extra $50 (minus 22% discount) for that extra length I didn't receive. I emailed, so waiting to see if I get a response.
