When I got headache so severe and painful, I started going from doctor to doctor to search for the cause. I was ridiculed time and time again, because they couldn't find anything wrong with my body. After 1 whole year a doctor suddenly diagnosed me with psychosomatic headache.
To anyone who's struggling with the same thing: Never give up, you will find the right doctor who will listen to you and take you seriously 🙏🙏

same thing with me, except as a throat problem. constantly felt like i had a swollen throat and did all kinds of tests, and saw all kinds of specialists who found nothing wrong. and i don’t have tonsils so that was off the table. it comes back from time to time and it’s awful

Does anyone else constantly feel like they can’t breathe, but are breathing just fine and have plenty of oxygen in the blood at the same time? I had an asthma attack in January 2021 and I can’t stop obsessing over it now.

Very nice information. Medication is needed for a short time in case of extreme negative thoughts. Otherwise with meditataion, affirmations, simple early morning prayer the subconscious mind can be reprogrammed. Doing public speaking courses also reprogrammes the mind. Shyaaam Sir-Counsellor. .

After two years it was found that my OCD had triggered a psychosomatic trail, causing the CPPS. Not sure if I have this, but my mind and body feels like their full of sludge/emotional energy. I have just gone through a traumatic breakup and my mind repeats the same thoughts about the person and giving them up over and over again. Everytime my mind is clear the sludge feeling in my body starts to drain away, however, I'm afflicted by horrible bodily convulsions when it clears to a certain point.
