Very nice information. Medication is needed for a short time in case of extreme negative thoughts. Otherwise with meditataion, affirmations, simple early morning prayer the subconscious mind can be reprogrammed. Doing public speaking courses also reprogrammes the mind. Shyaaam Sir-Counsellor. .

I was diagnosed with Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome CPPS, and for the longest time no one could find out why it was caused. Not sure if I have this, but my mind and body feels like their full of sludge/emotional energy. I have just gone through a traumatic breakup and my mind repeats the same thoughts about the person and giving them up over and over again. Everytime my mind is clear the sludge feeling in my body starts to drain away, however, I'm afflicted by horrible bodily convulsions when it clears to a certain point.
