- We had to spend close to $500 in a day but it's okay, everything's okay. Just going broke, but it's fine... Had a good homeschool morning, it snowed again, did some house chores and made dinner.

I'm 37 and I still buy jeans at old navy because the higher rise jeans are stylish and flattering! I don't really buy anything else there... Just jeans! Also, your sweater is cute on you! I would wear it with jeans or leggings and boots. Investing in yourself---even as a Sahm, it's still important. It shows the kiddos, especially Madison, that looking nice helps you feel nice! I grew up with a stay at home mom that just wore sweats and unfortunately was embarrassed by her growing up. As a Sahm myself, I do my hair and wear clothes that make me feel good--even if I don't go anywhere❤🌻 thanks for sharing!

Bunk beds are the worst for that. When Madison had that loft bed for a little while I dreaded doing it.

I love American eagle jeans. They are expensive. But they have an amazing return policy. You could have them for years. With holes and stained and they’ll still refund you for them if they still carry them.

I'm waiting for low rise jeans to come back 😂 but its also hard to find some good jeans cause i need the petite size and they never have it 😩so now i just wear jeggings. Got some good ones at family dollar

You’re probably not looking for curriculum, but have you seen Kate Snow’s Math Fact that Stick series? It’s a game-based book and pretty reasonably priced. You just need to add things like cards and die. I really love all of her products.

I unfortunately can’t stand the feeling of jeans on my back because I have a lot of back pain,in my younger years that’s all I wore. I wore LEE JEANS back in the day,that was the only one that fit my waist 😊. Jill,you deserve nice things as a mom you work hard every day for your family so don’t ever feel bad for treating yourself once and awhile ♥️. By the way the sweater looked really nice on you. Aw I can understand that. I hardly wear jeans because they aren’t the most comfy lol but it’s an easy to way to look a little nicer than leggings! And thank you, you’re right ☺️

Would you believe I get my jeans at Goodwill. Not everyone's cup of tea, but I normally pay $3.00 instead of what they cost everywhere else. 😊
I was just there this weekend but Madison was with me and she was so bored so we left lol. I have to go back on my own. They had so many jeans!
