I can appreciate this video very much. P/E and PEG indicators are a great snapshot for quick evaluation, before you decide whether or not a company is worthy enough to look into further.
You truly explain it the way a layman can understand. I thought I would never understand all this, but you made it so easy with your examples. Thank you
I am telugu state. Ur fundamental explanation is extraordinary. Actually I didn't understand English speeks. But ur using simple words of English impressed by telugu traders also.
Thank you Sahil. Got a clear knowledge about the PE, PEG ratio, future growth earnings. How to calculate all this things while buying the shares. Very clean and neat info. Great work… Hearty wishes for your extraordinary work…
So after explaining so much about PE ratio and the valuation on basis of it.....finaly I remained left with my same initial question " how can one find true value of a stock" unanswered...... because PE will not be the sole factor....... However good elaboration 👍👍👍
This is the 1st video that I have seen in your channel. But the way you explain about PE ratio, is very detailed. Thank you for sharing such a nice video. Now I have subscribed ur channel as well.
I have watched all your videos. All are precise and upto date. I wish all the best and i wish soon you reach million and then 10 million views and subscribers 💐💐💐
I recently came across this channel and really I am very lucky to watch such videos with valuable information on fundamental analysis. The way you explain in a simpler way is really useful to beginners.
I got answers for fair value of a stock in this one video. its a must viral video for all investors. one question: how to measure who are new to market like 1 or 2 year old so we will not have p/E history for them. second question : how roughly we can analyze if the ipo is fairly valued or huge valuations
The valuation models are different for each sector. We can not value-based on PE only. Example - Banking - Price/BookValue is the best way to value a bank, not PE. As an investor, we should not only look for PE because for me it is Perceptions to Earning :) There are other valuation metrics that one has to look at it for different sectors - EV/EBITDA, Price/Cashflow. Life insurance companies' valuation can be done via Price to Embedded value. Countless examples of Page, aavas, Eicher (5 years it was stagnant at 70x PE) Muthoot, etc not doing well due to high valuations.. Similarly countless examples of Trent, astral etc doing well inspite of high valuations.. In general, happier giving a loose rope to those who display execution capacities at reasonable to a bit high valuation vs Those where at high valuations growth is slowing down (Eg:- Dmart recently, Aavas from 30%+ growth days to 20%..) All dependent upon which company one is analysing. Let go off tags, and be purely bottoms up in thought and actions in active investing.. Disclaimer: Koyee bhi Buy or Sell recommendation nahi hai....
Actually none of what to say matters in India 😂😂 simple way is look who is in power BJP or Congress. If it's BJP, invest in Ambani, Adani owned businesses blindly. If it's Congress invest in NDTV, Bajaj etc. The party in power will help propel the stock values through all possible ways, legal or illegal. Period.
No words to appreciate you sir. Simple awesome. And I need one information : How we find "This company current market share price is lower than the internsic value of the share?
