Q is generally a good evolve when you want to farm faster in the jungle and assassinate isolated targets faster since it recharges so quickly against isolated targets. Personally I take it first, especially in unranked low elo, since objectives are more often than not left on the table, unless I'm making a lot of gank plays that are working out, then I take R first to extend my outplay potential. I rarely take W first (or at all), I find it's only good if the enemy team is difficult to reach and you think you'll benefit from the utility on the slow more than not. E is good utility all around for its range and reset potential, so it really depends on the game state for when I take it - Usually second or third for me, depending on if I took Q or R. In the end it's all playstyle, though, and it's up to what you're comfortable with and what works in your games given how you're running Kha'Zix. Play the champ, experiment, learn, find something you're comfortable with. watch other tubers to see what they take - RENKHA commentates all of his games and has a big walkthrough video, but the item paths are a bit outdated due to the massive item rework we just had.
Please tell me when to level up Q and when not to level up Q.
evolve Q last he sucked in this game he got carried.
