Florio criticized all the Cardinals moves that led to them having all these picks. He was mad the team showed up to Kyler’s Heisman statue ceremony. The only time Florio and “Reality” belong in the same sentence is “Reality Show”.

Even as a Bears Enthusiast, I can OBJECTIVELY say the Arizona Cardinals ABSOLUTELY won the 2024 NFL Draft and I think it is great. I wanted the Bears to draft DE Xavier Thomas in the 4th round. Trey Benson is arguably the best draft pick. He is going to be HUGE in 2024 and for the next 5 seasons. RB was just as important as WR for the Cardinals. Kyler Murray has to be incredibly happy. THE CARDINALS WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS IN 2024. The main reason is the DEFENSE and RB Trey Benson.

To me it makes sense that he dislikes the Bidwills. It’s that it seems to carry over to all things Cardinals, such that he can’t even be objective when the organization does something positive is what I think is weird.
Think he hated the Cardinals since they eliminated his Vikings from playoffs in 2003/4 season. Since Florio is laywer maybe he a little jelly that Michael Bidwill owns an NFL team who around the same age and is a lawyer too.

The 2023 Cardinals with Kyler went 3-5. Those 3 wins came against Pitt, Phila, and Atlanta. They would have been 4-4 if it weren't for the (most likely intentional) missed FG at the end against Seattle. That being said, the 2024 team will have an improved roster with healthy Kyler from the beginning. At the very least, the Cards will be a .500 team. If stars and planets align well, they might sneak into the playoff as a wild card team.

All Cardinals fans should be happy that a guy like Florio continues to highlight how horrible the Bidwills are as owners, not to mention as human beings in general. But, people in Arizona are going to be fans of their local team, and the Cardinals organization (ie - Ossenfort, Gannon, many of the players, who are almost all awesome dudes) have done some really positive things, and it’s the fact that Florio seems to try so hard to not even acknowledge any of those things, ie - what Simms and so many others are explaining here, is why a lot of people, especially in Arizona, aren’t big fans of the guy.
Glad Florio could end it on a high note by shitting on the cardinals, glad he got it out of his system.

At 3:00 minutes: the fact that Florio cannot name one Cardinal front 7 player just reveals, yet again, how mediocre he is at his job. He’s been a “football analyst” for over 20 years and yet he still refuses to watch any film, ie do his job, and doesn’t know shit to this day. He’s such a fraud and this is one of those few moments where he actually admits how much he doesn’t know. But we all know. Simms makes him look pathetic daily
