According to the SE catalog it is clearly stated that no tuning is needed for this part. I’m also looking for euro5 SE exhaust on 2023 fxlrs. Did you have to tune your bike after change?
Harley installed the exhaust, no tuning needed if the o2 sensors remain (is what they told me).

@@ranierioO no changes (except great sound 😉). I go to an official Harley Davidson dealer. No tune done. So trust me 😉 no problems what so ever.
