@@Laid_back_allen actually this is a highly inefficient way to drive. Both fuel economy and wait times in traffic suffer from behaviors like this. It causes everyone to get where they are going slower because of the interruption in traffic flow
You’ll never get a ticket doing this in philly. You could go 150 mph down a 25mph street and you won’t get a ticket. You could run no plates on a stolen hellcat and nothing will happen to you. Hell you could write “STOLEN CAR RIGHT HERE” on a 99 civic and nothing will happen to you
