I recently registered my real estate brokerage People 1st Realty. People 1st Realty is a sole proprietorship with an EIN.
Should you decide to take my advice in the video and help real estate agents get their businesses registered in Sam.gov. Understand that they may NOT HAVE AN EIN related to their real estate business.
If that is the case, when it comes to providing their business name, input the real estate agent's full name. Do not input their business name or d/b/a. You'll put their business name as a d/b/a in the appropriate field.
I learned this just today as my farm, Out the Mud Farm's registration got kicked back for the reason I just mentioned.
