Foreign Interference’s inquiry interim report: a national security expert weighs in - May 3, 2024

Justice Marie-Josée Hogue filed her initial report this Friday as part of the commission she chairs on foreign interference. She said that while there was foreign interference activity during the 2019 and 2021 federal elections, it did not impact the overall results. She says that more efforts must be made to detect, prevent and take action on foreign interference attempts.
