Ain’t no way almost 6 years later I’m actually getting to hear Hui sing Energetic. You had to be there to know that back when it released he was always introduced as *THE* creator of this song. It was like almost every interview mentioned it at least once. Feels good to finally hear him actually sing the whole song and rearrange it himself.

i haven't heard of Hui before boys planet. He is very charismatic here which didnt show in boys planet. It really suits him being a solo artist

@@awesomemarineship649 i didn’t know he was the leader of pentagon, but seeing his resurgence and people rediscovering him, it’s very clear he was so deserving of that position. not only is he insanely talented with performing, but he’s also a genius composer and producer with his songs. cube should’ve utilized his abilities more like how they invested in g-idle and let soyeon take the reins with taking the risk in releasing tomboy. there’s only a few self-producing idols we have in the industry, and all of them are one of a kind, but it’s so disgusting how there’s probably so many more buried talents who can’t shine because of the company they’re under. i really hope he and his groupmates gain their footing once again and achieve more success in the future
프듀 보면서 이 노래 후이가 들고 나왔을 때 부터 대박이라고 생각했고 그 길로 후이 탄탄대로일 줄 알았는데 음 괜히 안타깝고 좀 그렇다...작곡도 개잘하고 심지어 노래도 개잘부르는데 운이 안따라주는 건지...걍 솔로로 원하는 음악하면서 이런 노래 쭉쭉해주면 매니아층 정말 탄탄할 것 같은데 뭐 어떤 방향을 원하는진 모르겠지만 후이는 꼭 더 성공했으면 좋겠음 순수하게 진짜 재능은 차고 넘치는데 그만큼 빛을 못본다고 생각하는 아티스트들 중 하나라서ㅠ

Hui joining Boys Planet was very unfair to his whole trajectory, but he was a true mentor to his hoobaes and he was able to show his talent even more. As a universe, I feel very proud of him and look forward to seeing him as an official mentor in the future 💖

@@mikanthepecan729 some people dragged him for being older than most of the participants and for "taking the place away from someone who needed the chance to participate more than he did". honestly the hate was ridiculous, Hiu absolutely deserves the chance to shine and get more recognition, he's one of the most talented idols out there, and I absolutely think not enough people were aware of it before BP, and I'm not sure if they appreciate him enough now either.
I think he got a lot of new fans too. I didn’t know him but I fell in love with his voice. The other young men benefitted from having him on BP.
