The 2 prowess difference between the clips aint adding another 30k damage, so even drop it down to like 20k thats still a TON per hit added from just the relic
ye relic but with Mr sinister relic if u throw the special right away it gives him crit chance + healing from willpower and during the animation ur not losing prowess
