I appreciate your readings immensely I see you have alot of information in your consciousness something I deal will all the time especially when I am texting as you see there is no punctuation because I am in the flow of thought so what I see within you is when you acknowledge that your words are racing that is your anxiety rising when you realise that energy is rising acknowledge it pause deep breath in and exhale count to 3 relax your shoulders whole body relax then change that behaviour slowly slowly by acknowledging that moment be conscious of it but breath its ok to stop it's not going to affect your video we all have a different way
