Love the video. This is 100% true. I'm sick of non-technical project managers with these SCRUM, Agile, titles thinking they can lead a project with 0 success experiences. Pick whichever Project Management framework you want none of them work unless you have a competent project manager. There is no one method to rule them all. A good pm identifies what will work best for your team and the goals you are trying to achieve.
I believe Kanban fits well to organize tasks. Data is unpredictable and requests too, so often something is blocked. Another thing to mention is dailys. I am supposed to work for 3 complete different business, some have developers some dont, not even a PM (like finance). How am I supposed to meet the 3 business dailies and MY team cell daily? Is just so boring. Also those dailies are status reporting, some dudes wont shutup for 5 minutes whatever their backend tasks I dont care, this not translate into business data problem. Now I am leading a 2 people. Kanban is the shit and daily will be strict for: what you are doing today and if have any issues I should be aware, thats it. Thanks for the video it will help arguing how shoving half ass scrum is worthless
100% hate being a “data guy” when using agile/sprint framework for delivery - everyone thinks the data is already perfect and de-duped and clean.. 😂😂😂 yeah right

Love your videos and the sarcasm. Very practical and realistic examples.

That is so true.
Thanks for the honesty
I love the psudo data people that suggest...just add a column and we'll be good!
Good set of bullet points. Would appreciate if you would do a follow-up

I'm shocked this video hasn't racked up 5000 comments from scrumlords telling you you're doing it wrong or not doing real scrum
Kanban was created much before than agile.
Kanban for manufacturing has been around for decades, it was converted for use in software around 2004 by yahoo, microsoft, and david anderson
