Hi, guys! Today I made spicy Budae-Jjigae with lots of ham & sausages! I also added ramen noodles, and a slice of cheese, and brought fried eggs, oisobaki (cucumber kimchi), and green onion kimchi! Remember, the golden rule for Budae-Jjigae is the more ham, the more delicious. It is definitely tastier when cooked with various kinds of ham! I think I haven’t seen anyone who doesn’t like Budae-Jjigae. 🤔 Maybe it’s because you can never go wrong with food with ham and sausages. 🤭 I ate the ramen noodles first before it gets mushy. And then I ate the rice, fried eggs, and Budae-Jjigae together and it tasted heavenly! I ended up bringing more rice 😂 It was that good!!! Budae-Jjigae is really easy to make!
