    This was a challenging practice today, thank you!! Some of the challenge for me was certain poses- my knees are not what they used to be, but I still have challenges sometime. The other challenges I faced have four paws, orange fur, and high levels of curiosity! In bird dog position, I was simply a climbing gym for the cute kitten. So that helped me stay present!
    Thank you, again. This was a lovely sequence.

      Yes being on your knees can be challenging sometimes - you could try to create a bit more cushioning by using a folded up towel or blanket underneath the knees, can make it a lot more comfy.

    Very wobbly in the beginning yet tried the standing forward bending after practice and my balance was quite improved. Nice class Paula💕🌸

    wow-- thank you for this class and your channel. I'm stuck at home (as most of us are) bc of Covid-19 and looking for some new yoga classes to keep me busy. I really like your transitions and you have a lot of unique aspects to postures that I haven't done before that are really engaging! It's nice to feel surprised and challenged in a yoga class after you've been practicing for a long time. That was a cool alternate to the traditional sun salutations, really liked it. Thanks again!
