So I just heard this for first time today. This is incredible. However I feel like something is off with the sound of her voice vs the music though... like the remix instrumental is way louder than her voice. Maybe the prod quality could use a tweaking? If freshened up a bit this would be epic.
I think he did it on purpose hun. he's an artist not the accompaniment and as a composition in its own right sometimes it's more interesting to push the boundaries and the preconditioned standards that define the art form. I love this song like its my own even though I didn't even know who Griffin was before I found it.

Started off great had great potential could of been so much better. Silenced out the second verse and bought her voice. needs work.
