California's Prop 8 Hearing, Part Two

The 9th Circuit Appeals Court in San Francisco hears arguments Monday in a challenge to Proposition 8, the state's ban on same-sex marriage. In the second hour, the panel of three judges heard arguments pertaining to the constitutionality of Prop 8.
