- EASY CORN MUFFINS
1 cup water from the corn
¾ cup heavy cream OR evaporated milk
½ cup melted butter
1 whole egg
1 can corn
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup corn meal (Polenta)
¾ cup white sugar
20g baking powder
Pinch of salt

Isa po ako sa mga silent subscriber mo chef na palaging nakaabang sa mga bagong upload mo na mga videos.Maraming beses na po akong gumawa ng muffins pero ngayon ko lang nalaman na pwede din pala maglagay ng polenta.Salamat po sa recipe mo chef rv kasi marami po ang polenta dito sa Romania kahit sa maliliit na tindahan makakabili talaga,ang polenta kasi or "mamaliga" ay isa sa mga traditional na pagkain nila dito.God bless po chef sa walang sawang pagshare mo ng mga recipe,dami ko na natutunan sayo.

Thanks Chef sa recipe, corn muffin ,bumili ako ng corn meal na hindi ko alam kung saan gagamitin ,basta binili ko lang po sya,un pala COrn muffin pala na share ni Chef ang paggagamitan ko. Una try ko palpak, pero 2nd try ok na po ,sobra thank you
