I have a ❓ when a agreement of sale is made by A and B for period of 3months A have paid the 80 percent payment to B and after time of 3 month A have paid the total amount in a period of 1 year B have not given any notice to A taken the amount is the agreement is counting they have not made any new agreement that dus the law says in this matter
Mam my neighbour has done construction on a common passage prohibiting my entry. Since he has almost completed the construction. Would there be any chance if I file mandatory injunction now. The construction was done now in covid period when courts are closed. Please reply
Agar koi mandatory injunction ka case pending ho ki meri land ke samne road side land per Bana li gai police chowki ko demolish kiya jaye but baad me vohi police thoda aur peeche hatkar new construction start kar de then yehi pending case me stay relief milega ya phir new perpetual injunction ka case file karna hoga stay ke liye , please tell , 9917909012 , I can pay fees for suggestions , thanks ma'am
