Led by John Shee and seven other teammates, the team embarked on a journey from Golmud with the CW-15, CW-25E, and a drone ground charge vehicle, traversing the Qinghai-Tibet route to the hinterland of Cocosili.
During their low-level flights in Cocosili, the CW-15 and CW-25E collected valuable data on habitat distribution.
This information is instrumental in surveying and investigating various environmental factors such as land erosion, wildfire risk, growth of invasive species, and the count of endangered species.
These data play a crucial role in shaping the landscape conservation strategy of Sanjiangyuan National Park, aiding the identification of priority conservation sites.
