especially when none of the enemies expect you to just peek over any ridgeline and be able to shoot them easily

Fun fact: The Sturer Emil has the same barrel length as the vk 90.01 (p) and the top gun of the jagtiger
essentially the same gun, the Emil uses basically a prototype Jtiger gun called the K.40

In war thunder, this tank is like a low-rank Maus it can kill anything from 5km. But its reload speed is painful its 20s in war thunder
In Warthunder we have like x2 reload time
Like T32 loads in 16 seconds
Or KV-2 Loads in 40 seconds

I remember 3 years ago this is the only tank i play because it doenst give me - credit at the end of battle. I dont even need to slap it with provision its already good with all equipment unlock
Sniping with this so satisfying and just look at that depression (with a drawback teammate being toxic and report you saying you trash because sniping on almost everymatch i play)

Tbh every tank but st Emil sucks in that line, st Emil is godlike, got like 75% wr on that thing

The American M2 Medium has 20 degrees of gun depression at tier 3
I remember hating fighting these things when they were hull down and with with -15 degrees of gun depression you can see why I hated Sturer Emil’s as it is the best TD for going Hull down so essentially makes terrain your best friend as you can conceal your hull which can be penned by basically every gun at your tier and remember how difficult it was to hit the tank when in the hull down position and take note that a SU-152 which is at the same tier or any derp gun even higher tier derp guns can one shot you cuz your extremely thin side armor and frontal armor so use hull down as your main weapon as every map is designed to use hull down with tanks with excellent gun depression angles like Swedish medium tanks or the kranvagn as long as you stay in hull down almost nothing can it you and paired with the German accuracy it makes this tank a good sniper
