Mate if you turn up at chesil & it’s blowing a South Westerly or unfishable go and fish Preston beach in Weymouth it will be flat calm.
We were keen not to travel too far from base camp that night (especially with the Abbotsbury road closures) but that would have been a great shout! 👍
