i always go barley on that map, i usually push the top zone instesd of buttom tho, you get super more because of enemys respawning nearby and can throw it down below on the other zone to help teammates, also imo sticky syrup mixer > herbal tonic, because it's easier to deal with tanks when they're slowed down, you get alot of damage on them and they can't get close to you
