Dear Traditional Lifers, This is our 31th Video for you
One of our neighbour farmer cultivated green gram from his farm so he shared more to us then Valar planned for something big
Actually we made totally 4 dishes in 2 days which includes (Susiyam, Andra special Pesarattu, Allam Pachadi, Sprouts)
All those dishes are healthy and high in protein, Susiyam is Tamilnadu traditional sweet item but the difference is we made with idli batter instead of plain flour to make in bit more healthier

I always enjoy these episodes. This is a very nice family with a beautiful home, neither modern nor very ancient. There are electric lights at night, but cook with wood. Yet it makes sense in their home. There is a simple and loving peacefulness about it. The kitchen is very nice, with a wood hearth that is practical, and another in the living room for simpler meals. Its tidiness speaks of a level of dignity in this family. The man of the house is loving and caring of his wife and son; and she is devoted to her family, and the little boy appreciates his parents. I think a lot of people could learn from them as to make for a happy home.
