Anyone who is super busy over The Xmas and NYE holidays then please look at making Breakfast for dinner on a few days in-between to give yourself a break......You can fry up egg, sausage, ham, bacon, tomato, onions......You name it........serve it with toast and heated baked beans. ......It's cheap, has good nutrition and frying is fairly quick.

I had to clean out a freezer chest so I can't buy a lot of meat and the moment........It's always a good idea to clean out you freezer chest so you don't have some frozen food you forgot about in the bottom of it that is 2 years old........I only had to throw out 2 bags of frozen peas.......Once empty you defrost and wipe down with a mixture of vinegar and water and then it is all clean again and you know what you have.

It's a fish salad sandwich with the canned fish your prefer.I make something called Citi chicken. That is what my mom called it and anyone I know who cooks it. It does not have a lick of cj=hicken in it and I know it but that is what the meal is called.Love your videos.

I have Never had Mackerel salad as Tuna fish. But, there’s always the first time for everything.
I will be trying it your way. I have grown up with it just tuna but I don’t don’t care for it that way anymore.
So, Mackerel will be tried for the first time in place of tuna.
I have had Mackerel to replace Salmon when making Salmon Croquets. I like that made both ways. 🥰

You can still have income and get food stamps once you make too much money then they disqualify you . I absolutely agree , they do need to do better . Because everyone deserves food stamps ❤️
