Lol I always put the fan on in the bathroom. It's awkward if I don't. Sucks that my new place has no fan in the bathroom so there's never any airflow. Which is important after a shower to help prevent against mold

I'm in my 40s and STILL watch good cartoons and drink Capri Sun (mostly cos it's on sale). NEVER grow up completely 😀
Disagree about the toys. 'Girls' toys are often patronizing and about appearances; 'make yourself pretty', 'dress up' etc. whereas boys' toys are often more interactive and stimulate kids to create/build/be active.
Yes...playing with a ball teaches coordination, spatial difference, and other benefits useful for survival
lol I'm glad I grew up playing with "boys" toys. Literally played military & action growing up when my sisters played house. Society tries to condition you in certain way it's scary.

I recognize there are biological and psychological differences between men and women which - to an extent - influence and shape the average regarding interests/traits in both genders. Such as men being more interested in 'things' whereas women are more interested in people (overall); as well as women typically being more agreeable than men, reflected in career choices among other aspects of life. But none of these things explain why companies market baby dolls to toddlers (girls). Actively instilling the notion that girls are caretakers/mothers/parents - and boys are not - at an age where this subject is entirely irrelevant for the child but impactful on the psyche since formative years and all. Besides that it feels like a lacklustre attempt at showing a developing human being their value; either by having kids or by being attractive, it feels more insidious than simply selling a product or toy.
Why can’t that be a different layer of the gender analysis of toys without a disagreement? You’re not disagreeing. His analysis is physical whereas yours is psychological. Both are accurate. I wonder why you feel the need to argue or disagree instead of adding to the discussion.

What's weird is I NEVER heard little girls say they thought boys have the same anatomy as themselves when I was a kid; despite Ken dolls not being anatomically correct until maybe recently. Mattel maybe thought the parents or teachers were supposed to educate them at first, yet I knew little boys who thought girls were the same as them 😝
