Your hair is very much salvageable, I would cut maybe 1/2 inch to an inch. I don't think you need to trim more than that. Loving your videos. New subscriber.

I appreciate the feedback! I ended up trimming about 1-2 inches. There were a lot of knots and split ends. It's so much easier to wash and style now!
