- In this video I release my inner child by deleting the muffler and running a 3" straight pipe off the turbo making my Landcruiser sound like a dump truck! And I love it!
I also discuss V Band clamps and why I like them for easy removal of the exhaust.
I also uploaded a clip of the LED headlight bulbs Im now running and my thoughts on them.

Ohhh nice, any diesel with a straight pipe on a 6 cylinder wont be loud unlike a 4 cylinder.
Makes me want to give my Hj40 build that 3”straight pipe sound awesome that deep growl. Quick question where is most convinient place in the exhaust manifold to drill for pyrometer pre and post turbo for 12HT motor?

Sounds great! Does it roll coal? Blow out a black cloud when you step on it?
Just a haze. Only black smoke is when I first start her up

What sort of fuel economy are you getting ?
21mpg but I think it could be a little better than that as my odometer is off due to the larger 35” tires. Will report back on my next trip using GPS mileage
