They have their personal headsets, which are around their necks. That's what they talk through. They use little earbuds to hear what each other are saying. And then they wear soundproof earcovers so they can't hear anything other than what's coming through the earbuds.
You would think those headsets that cost several hundred dollars would be good enough to not pick up background noise.

optic's win/loss ratio is only bad because they play against the really good teams, while Curse plays against the worse teams. Not saying that Dare and stuff are bad, just that nV/Impact, etc are better
