There are multiple things wrong with this installation. The biggest issue is that her harness is extremely loose and not positioned correctly. In the event of an accident she will absolutely be ejected out of her car seat. The second issue is that she should still be rear facing. I would highly recommend finding a local CPST in your area to assist with proper installation and fitment for her car seat.
