Amy and Nathan all the way. They are building a great friendship just like she and Ty did and is the best foundation for love. I think fans need to stop living in the past, which is the best way for Amy to move forward with somebody new. The idea of bringing back Ty is ridiculous and would turn this show into a silly daytime soap opera - a turn off to thousands of fans. Please don’t do that to Heartland ❤
I believe Amy after being a faithful wife has been a widow long enough. And I believe Nathan would be a good partner for her.

The real success of Heartland was and still is the Amy and Ty love story. The dating in season 17 especially Amy's relationship with Nathan is simply the writers attempt to keep the storyline interesting, and not boring. I believe if Ty comes back to the show Heartland will continue with Ty, Amy and Lindy together again. If he doesn't return the writers will conclude the series with Amy unable to accept another(not just because Ty can't be replaced} because of her continuing strong love and feelings for Ty. She will conclude that her peace and happiness is with her as a single mother raising Lindy in the manner Ty would have wanted. In my opinion, because we had 14 years of this remarkable love story, whereby the viewers got to intimately know Ty, it makes it nearly impossible to erase him from the viewers minds and on a larger scale future Heartland seasons.
The show has continued to succeed without the Amy and Ty love story. All of the characters and their intertwined stories are what makes it so interesting and beloved. I wouldn’t have watched it all these years just for that one storyline, not at all …. What pulled me and my 40 something friends in was that the show centered around horses, Jack and his family and the beautiful scenery. Not Amy & Ty.

If you marry nice and to aim it, go ahead and cancel the show now. Because you are screwing this show up big task.You'll Miss enough time and Amy's low score with Nathan.Won't shout quit screwing it up or cancel it.Your fans is very unhappy
