Love you craft room. My brain goes too fast to clean up some days. And then it is so full I can't move until I clean up. I love watching Alex on Curiosity Inc also. I especially enjoyed what he called, The Potters House. He truly found a national treasure in that house. Keep up the good work!
I appreciate you sharing your journey with me n all of us. Knowing you have a lot to do. Packing, touching up paint, cleaning n you still take the time to do your channel along with this one. I’d really admire you for all your hard work. You manage to always find that beautiful Ironstone too. You have so many beautiful pieces. It pays to be at the right place n to even know someone. We’re not suppose to envy others but I sure do with you n all your Ironstone. Enjoy every piece you have n use them too. Like your craft room. It’s so organized. I’m embarrassed of mine. I started out with good intentions n was organized too but I got lazy n my health didn’t help. Im sure your new house will have a nice big room for your crafts n well organized LOL. Thanks Yvonne n God Bless you n Chris. ♥️😊👍🌟🌟🌟
Oh.. the ironstones are lucky finds most of the time. My OCD is not something I'd wish on anyone. Chris has been know to find me cleaning a closet in the middle of the night🤨 Thank you
Why worry? You have what you need for crafts and not an overabundance. I like that you use it as you get it. I collect alot, but don't craft much - yet. Just retired 2 months ago, so I will start soon.
That little bunny you picked up said Colorado Springs!! I lived there for 35 years. Unfortunately, I couldn’t catcj who the artist was. I can tell how excited you are for this change, and I enjoy watching your excitement.
Lol. I should have said" flying by the seat of my pants and hanging onto your coat tails! " See how nervous I am about renting a booth!!? I will start in Sept.1 and I only have one thing ready so far!
We have the same love of the rusty crusty and now we have similar packing styles. I am the queen of odd shaped boxes. 😂 Hope your house sells fast for you.
Hello Yvonne & Chris! I absolutely love watching you two. So inspiring. I wondered how you could let me know how to find the stencils on your wall that have numbers , pallets, fragile, up ⬆️, etc…please let me know! ❤
Wow, your craftroom- doesn't look anything like a craftroom- I have ever seen. Lol😅, but you do most of your work in the garage. I just have a path to get through mine and everything is piled up , but I still haven't gotten set back up from having to move to the basement. But it okay I'll get it some day. I really enjoy watching you on this channel. God bless.
Your packaging is always amazing. My box similar to that was in wonderful shape. A small drop of glue to the star cookie cutter and its perfect again. I love all your work. It's just my style. Thank you. 10:30pm Memorial Day.
Iron stone butter pat......I have one that was my grandma's. However, I didn't know until now what it was. Thank you! I have just recently started looking for Iron stone and love it!
Prayers that Chris can be at home always with ya Chick. My goodness it will be amazing what more you guys can do. Your new house is perfect for it. I love watching clean outs. Like a treasure hunt, ya never know what your gonna get! Can't wait. :)) Hugs to you both. God Bless. Rebekah.
I’m like you in that I don’t have a big stash of items to resell. As I purchase them they go in my booth. I don’t have the storage space to hoard. I do have a lot of craft supplies but I don’t hoard that either. I’m enjoying your new adventure and can’t wait to see what happens next!
Thank you for sharing your journey! I am praying that you are able to sell your house very quickly! I loved that ironstone pitcher and bowl set. Take care. Sincerely, Diane😊
Your craft room looks great….easy to find the things you use the most without clutter…..I love it……makes me think I need to reorganize mine…make it more functional!🎉
I love, love, everything you do! I would like to know the steps for repainting thrift finds that are ceramic glazed and shiny. Do I try to sand it a little bit? Or maybe steel wool? Just use a primer then chalk paint? I can't seem to find a video showing me that. I'm from Michigan too( was ) north of Grand Rapids. I now reside in Florida. I'm 73 and have decided to try my hand at doing this...today I rented a booth! I can't believe I'm doing this! You have inspired me so much! wish me luck, I do not know anyone here so I'm really flying by my coat tails here!
I'm not sure how much you'll be able to sand it. Theres are products for shiny surfaces, Like slick stickwww.pigletscloset.com/products/dixie-belle-paint-co-slick-stick-primer Or you can do a spray enamel primer Red Primer High Performance Professional Spray Paint Enamel 7569-838 [Set of 6] These are just examples. I hope that helps. I'm with you, I had no idea what I was doing when I got a booth. I'm a learn as I go kinda person. I bet you'll do great!
I do not think you are crazy at all. I have a ton of crafting items, so much that I don’t even remember what I have. I am sure I go buy items because I am working on something and I can’t remember if I already have it. I wouldn’t even know where to look for it. I try to get organized but it is so difficult. I need to seriously down size my crafts.
I watch Alex on Curiosity Inc, too. And that was so nice of you to put that man in touch with that auction house. You probably know that that's what Alex does too. If he isn't able to help the person, for whatever reason, he tries to direct them to someone who might. Thanks for sharing!
You should make the postman a gift, or buy him some treats, to thank him, before you move. You likely already do stuff like that, but it's a suggestion for everyone who reads this, who sends a lot of items through the Post office, UPS, etc.
I so enjoy your posts. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for sharing. More great storage and organization ideas. Easier to picture once seen

Your craft room is perfectly organized no sense going overboard like me 🤦🏻♀️. I love your new channel content as much as your first channel.
LOL.. I just hide my stash well .😉
Look at those butter pats! And the glow frog🥰
My sister and I go dumpster diving for most of our boxes at retail stores. It saves a lot of money.
Love it!!

Love the idea of using the clips to hold your stencils on a pegboard!
I wish I'd thought of it earlier. But I happy to know about it now.

So glad u mentioned Alex from curiosity inc !he is amazing ! I live in Alberta Canada also !he gives so much back to his community!
he is truly a nice guy.. and he wife is so sweet
Here in Canada you can get newspaper wrap at local newspaper can be cheap
Sadly we no longer have any newspapers locally the last one just closed down last month
I buy end rolls from my local newspaper. It works great for packing and in my area is only $5. It is usually very large, lots of paper.
Sadly our last newspaper just closed last month

Thank you for watching ye, he deserves good money for his amazing collections
I’d be going crazy. You seem to be handling it beautifully.😊❤
oh .. you are so kind. My stomachs in constant butterflies.
@@GingerChickRehabTheJourney I bet. You are a better actress than I am, lol, my eyes and face shows everything.

Oh.. I do . He knows how much I appreciate him. Love small towns!
You mentioned Curiosity Inc. I've watched Alex for several years. Did you know he signed up to do a TV show about his house clean outs
He did sign to do a TV show series.. I'm not sure it's just about house clean outs. I'm excited for him!
So very happy for y’all! ❤
Thank you
Our postmen/women will not pick up eBay items for mail. They have to be taken to the actual post office and dropped off.
I know I'm spoiled.. But I spoil him too.. Hopefully that will work with my new one
@@GingerChickRehabTheJourney I hope so!!!
Oh the lamb is so precious. Is it going to be for sale?
It was.. but sold fast on my eBay
Would love to get bags like you gave your transfers in. What are they called? Thanks!

When you say you send some things off to auction, what exactly does that mean. Something just in Michigan or something online?
Thanks!
It's a local business that does an online auction the last Friday of the month. It's local pick up only. But it helps us control our inventory.
What auction app do you use hon. I am so addicted to your channel
OH my. you don't hardly have anything. I'm so embarrassed. I'm diffidently a craft horder
I think I hide mine..lol
I am quite surprised, I would have though you would be living in an 100 year old farmhouse not such a modern home.
Aww.. thank you.
I'm sorry I've missed it. You're moving??
Yes
Know the thyroid!
it sucks☹️
