You're a mother. Embrace the total joy and give up your pointless CF career. That beautiful little angel should be your sole focus. Not obsessing over useless gimmick supplements and fad foods so can dump your baby off at daycare and go to the gym and sweat and grunt doing ugly lifts

Women are not nearly as efficient in the uptake of protein, so a higher dose is needed to get the right concentration to the muscle tissue
