Is Orlando and Santo Domingo the same weather feel?

Kind of, but Orlando has cooler weather during winter time. Also, when it's hot, Santo Domingo has more of a humid heat (you can feel more moisture in the air and it makes you sweat easier) and Orlando has more of a Dry heat.
