Southport Runners Time Trial

What a speedy morning we had with our 5 & 10k time trials. So many focused faces looking to crush their personal goals.
Well done to all the podium finishers and even a new course records - Amanda 21:46/5k & Sally 40:39/10k.
To top it all off we had a sneaky special guest Manette Kearin (aka our Jumper Queen), who even surprised herself with 2nd place in the 10K.
Welcome new member Rachel Sherman, who also ran a PB, we look forward to seeing you again soon.
