The guy who wins 2 in a row wins the match but having 6 rounds favour the guy who have more endurance not the better armwrestler. It also leads to manipulation and cheating in set up to tire the other guy out if refree is not strict. The fact that tournaments have so many variables makes the winner all too much impressive to get through those hurdles and those winners in general win tournaments most of the time so its not one off win. Guys who win tournaments can win 6 round supermatches too , but guy like Devon who excel at 6 round matches can not win high level tournaments.
