- These are ways families remembered children who died. In 2016, after first-grader Jacob Hall was shot on a South Carolina playground, he was laid to rest with a superhero-themed funeral. In 2015, after 8-year-old Lake Bozman died of leukemia, he appeared in his parent's wedding photo through the magic of digital photography. In 2022, after Ellie Garcia lost her life in the Uvalde, Texas, school shooting, Disney honored her memory. Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall has more.
You don't have to be a parent to feel sad about parents burying their child, this should not happen. RIP to all the little angels featured.

@@SUGAR_XYLER sorry for my choice of word. I meant to say something feels empty inside and outside when we don’t have kids . My aunt had no kids and had to deal with lot of trauma and I saw her crying on multiple occasions !
This is another reminder that life is sadly too short. Live your lives to its fullest because you don't even know when your last breath will be taken. May those children rest in peace.

@@adamagnus Because my city had to deal with this challenge and this kids was friends with my brother. I still remember the day my brother looked disappointed when I picked him up from kindergarten before we started walking home and he told me that one of his friends died

It’s so sad to see kids died because my city had to deal with it two years ago after a 6 year old boy died and to make matters worse, it was almost his kindergarten graduation ceremony the week before that happened

I love the thought of celeberating children who pass on. Its a way to keep their bright spirit alive.

Hardest thing in the world is to loose a child. God bless all those who have had to move on with out 1 of their babies. Even tho it doesn't make the pain go away, pls remember it isn't a forever goodbye ❤ We will all see our babies again 1 day.

This is heartbreaking my prayers and heart go out to anyone who has lost a child I lost both my son's 20 years ago and my daughter passed away in may of this year there is not a single day that goes by that I miss them so much 💔 hold your children tightly you never know how long you will have with them. Sometimes when children die, I don't just question religion. I question humanity. Because sometimes neither seems real. People abuse, kill, or neglect children. And that's something that I find hard to understand.

A child died and they got a Spider-man themed headstone and casket.
They sued the parents for defamation because "They don't want their characters associated with Death".
Due to the backlash, they dropped the lawsuit and swept it under the rug.

The thing that really hurts me is
parents worst nightmare that they lose their child like this. It’s the worst experience for the parents. I cannot imagine being a parent and I lost my kid. I would be so devastated. It’s usually the parents go first not the kid the kid goes last the parents go first.
No one should have to bury the kids. This is awful. I can’t imagine having a child then years or months later having to bury them I can’t imagine the pain these parents had to go through.

The Simmons 3 I pray for that family daily I pray for everyone who has had to bury a child. My aunt Connie had two children Ashley, who passed away at 11 months old and 1985 and Justin Who passed away at age 29 in 2011 She's the strongest woman I know
