Have you ever played the Metabots rpgs on game boy advance? It used a combat system that felt really good and different, I’m surprised we haven’t seen any spiritual successors.

I "like" the idea of mobile games turning in non mobile games
But just like Megamandive thing they didn't improve the game for non mobile game players it has the same exact mobile game "mechanics" just u can't buy stuff
I always prefer when non-mobile games go mobile. They tend to be far better and have way more holistic monetization.
I think botworld did an okay job, but I'd have to play a lot to truly judge. Main issue so far is that it's kinda grindy.
