omg my grandpa showed my how to play a jaw harp when I was a tiny human!
You have to hold the round end with your hand without touching the middle, put the 2 prongy things against your top front teeth, place your tongue to where its nearly touching your lips....just make sure theyre in line with each other, then you flick the middle away from your face. the vibration will create a noise. you must please your jaw harp in order for it to actually make some kind of music soooo you have to make different shapes with your mouth and tongue.
So lightly grasp the round end, put your mouth on it, line your tongue up with it, flick it, and continuously change mouth positions.
