Seafood with Home Made Green Thai Sauce | Eating Broadcast / Food Review / Mukbang Singapore

  • There are so many ways to eat your seafood, but I prefer steaming/boiling and then pairing them up with an insane finger-licking tongue-burning sauce.
    Here's the recipe of my wife's home made Green Thai Sauce:
    - Green Cili Padi (however many you want according to what you think may not kill you)
    - Red Cili Padi (quantity same as above)
    - Garlic cloves (5 liddat enough la)
    - The Long Green Chilli x2
    - 3 tablespoon lime juice
    - 2 tablespoon fish sauce
    - 2 tablespoon sugar (or slightly more no problem also)
    - 1/2 tablespoon of palm sugar
    - water (agak agak lah okay)
    Then...
    1. Blend all the ingredients together.
    2. That's all bruh.
