Can you explain how defocus helps? Also- are those custom test files you use or are they available online? Looks so much better than the LB test. Thanks!
The test files are on the Thunder Laser USA website. Defocusing alters the size of your dot size allowing it to overlap other passes . There are a lot of benefits as well as drawbacks to Defocusing. Thunder USA did a video on lenses that may help to explain

@@CoffeeJake ours is set up primarily for tumblers. We also use it fine detail cuts and engraves. It does great for our solid wood earrings.
