Put the drift wood in the over on approx 200 for an hour or a little longer. Make sure you keep an eye on it. But that kills everything. That’s what we do for our birds if we use wood for perches from the wild. Some people say soak in vinegar for a could have hours then rinse really good and put in oven. God Bless
