In the talk I explained myself terribly. I want to point out that namazso is the original ideator of the technique. After he released a video / picture where he was performing the technique, we performed an in-depth study on the topic and reconstruct the technique as soon as we understood what was happening under the hood, which is what I meant with "independently". Namazso also helped me reviewing the technique's documentation prior to publication, so a huge shout-out to him. ❤️
