@Dark Angel The hole was lower than the place he was laying on. the smoke goes up so it only goes out of the hole when the bench is already covered in smoke.

I like how confident this man is in his structures. I would be terrified if I built something and it was wobbling, but he is proving it is stable, despite the wobbling. Amazing.
That or each candle will eventually deprive the oxygen quality in the room. I would think the opening to the room isn't nearly enough to sustain all those candles, in such a small space, and due to the fact the opening is along the ground. I'd say that could be pretty dangerous.
