Somebody somewhere is making a point about this mess. Will involve money and who pays for sure. Meantime our grossly ineffective Highways Agency can be seen doing something. Great income for the tanker drivers, who are probably owner drivers running their own companies? An army of massive pumps will be needed to clear this - the tankers are completely useless. Is this an issue that the water has nowhere to be pump without causing other problems? I get the feeling that flood waters are back feeding, They will never clear this to effect repairs. Massive costs involved to do remedials for a permanent fix.
Thanks for the update
You are welcome 😊
The effect of stupid planning and development, how sad, politicians and developers totally to blame.

Those tankers are having little impact. It might be clear by spring 2025!
